FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I log in to VoiceNotePro?

VoiceNotePro does not have public registration. Your login credentials  are provided by your organization or administrator. If you have not received your credentials, please contact your administrator directly.

Can I use the app without an internet connection?

Yes. VoiceNotePro works fully offline. You can record, play back, and edit recordings without any internet connection. Recordings made offline are saved locally on your device and automatically synced to the server once an internet connection is detected.

How do I re-record a specific part of my audio?

Open the recording and select the section you want to replace by dragging the selection handles on the waveform. Tap the Re-record button and the app will record from the beginning of your selected range, replacing only that portion.

My recording did not sync. What should I check?

First confirm that your device has an active internet connection. VoiceNotePro monitors connectivity and will attempt to sync as soon as a connection is available. If the issue persists, try closing and reopening the app. If recordings still do not sync, contact support with your account email and a description of the issue.

I logged in on a new device. Where are my recordings?

After logging in, the app will automatically begin downloading all recordings linked to your account. Download progress is shown on the home screen. Make sure your device has a stable internet connection during the initial download.

Can I rename a recording?

Yes. Tap on vertical bar icon of any recording in your library and select Rename, or open the recording and tap the edit icon next to the title. The updated name will sync across all your devices.

What happens if I lose internet during an upload?

The upload will pause automatically. VoiceNotePro saves your recording locally and will resume the upload from where it left off once your connection is restored. No data is lost.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Access is restricted to authorized account holders only. All data is transmitted securely and stored on a protected server. Only you can access recordings associated with your account.
